Our Lady of Fatima
apparition -virgen-of -Fatima
The Virgin Mary appeared six times to three pastoralists.
Between May 13 and October 13, 1917, the Virgin Mary appeared six times to three pastoralists: Lucía dos Santos, Francisco Marto and Jacinta Marto, in the Cova da Iria, Fátima, Portugal.
The three secrets
The Virgin revealed three secrets to them: a vision of hell, a prophecy about World War II and the consecration of Russia. On October 13, 70,000 people saw the miracle of the sun.
Fatima is one of the most important shrines in the world. The three pastoralists were canonized by Pope Francis in 2017.
