Rosaries for every need

Rosaries for every need

A rosary for every wound, a rose for every intention.

The Holy Rosary leads us to contemplate Christ with Mary. In each mystery, we can place our joys, sorrows, wounds, supplications, and thanksgivings. This section brings together meditative rosaries for different needs, always keeping in mind the heart of the Rosary: to look upon Jesus hand in hand with his Mother.

What do you want to entrust to the Virgin Mary today?

Rosarios for Every Need

The universal prayer that serves everything

The rosary saint is a universal prayer that can be prayed for any intention. Here we propose how to guide each part of the rosary according to the most common needs.

For the sick

Delicious Mysteries - offer especially the Agony in Gethsemane ("Lord, if you will, pass this chalice from me; but not my will, but yours, be done").
In every Hail Mary: "Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for [name of sick person], now and at the time of his death. "

For those in danger

Glory Mysteries - especially the Resurrection: Christian hope transcends danger.
Pray to Our Lady to wrap the person in her cloak.

For those who have lost faith

Luminous Mysteries - especially the Proclamation of the Kingdom: ask Christ to follow faith again in the far heart.
In every Hail Mary: "Virgin Mary, intercede by those who have moved away from God. Let him find the way back."

For peace in the world

This intention was explicitly requested by the Virgin in Fatima: "Pray the rosary for peace." Any mystery is worth it, but the Delicious ones are recommended, contemplating the price of violence.

Por los difuntos

Glory Mysteries - especially the Resurrection and the Assumption: they express the hope that those who have died have been welcomed into the arms of God.
In the final Hail: "And after this exile, show us Jesus, the blessed fruit of your womb." Add: "Lord, give him eternal rest."

For the family

Gozous mysteries - which contemplate the Holy Family: Joseph, Mary and Jesus are the model of every family.

For those who seek work

Luminous Mysteries - in particular the "Proclamation of the Kingdom": the dignity of work is part of the Kingdom. San José, patron of the workers, is the specific intercessor.

By yourself - when prayer seems empty

"We don't always feel like praying. Sometimes the rosary looks like empty words. We offer that rosary in dry, arid, no consolation. God accepts it with special predilection: the effort to pray without feeling anything is worth, at times, more than easy and comforted prayer." - Carmelite spiritual tradition

How many times to pray

  • A complete rosary (20 mysteries): for very serious or urgent intentions.
  • A crown (5 mysteries): the ordinary daily practice recommended by Fatima.
  • Una decena: when time is not enough. The Virgin also accepts the small.
