Rosary for the unborn and pregnant mothers
We pray with Mary, Mother of Life.
meditated rosaryEvery life that begins is a gift that God regards with tenderness, even while it still beats hidden in its mother's womb. The Rosary invites us to accompany with prayer the unborn children and the women who await them, sometimes with joy and sometimes with fear. Praying it slowly, together with Mary who carried Jesus in her womb, we entrust every pregnancy to God's care and ask that life always be welcomed and defended.
How to pray it
Pray the Holy Rosary as usual - sign of the Cross, Creed, and every mystery with his Father, ten Avemarias and Gloria. Before you start, do the initial prayer; in every ten, you welcome the proposed intention; at the end, the final prayer. If you want to pray it guided step by step, enter into Begin the Rosary.

Mysteries and meditations
Joyful Mysteries — for this intention:
Mary says "yes," and from that moment, Jesus begins to live within her. Here we learn that all life, from its first hidden heartbeat, is welcomed by God and worthy of being received.
Two mothers meet, and in their wombs, John leaps for joy at the sight of Jesus. We pray for that same serene joy for women expecting a child and for the homes awaiting their arrival.
The Son of God comes into the world in simplicity and poverty, welcomed with love. We entrust difficult or high-risk pregnancies to Mary, so that every wait, however hard, may find refuge and hope.
Mary and Joseph offer Jesus to the Father, and Simeon announces that a sword will pierce the Mother's heart. With tenderness and hope, we pray for women who have lost a child, that the Lord may wipe away their tears.
Mary seeks and finds her Son again, trusting in God in the face of uncertainty. We pray for all who defend and cherish life, that they may never tire of seeking out and protecting the most vulnerable.
