The love between spouses is a long journey, made up of bright days and trials. Mary, present at the Wedding at Cana, remains attentive to what is lacking in every home and presents it to her Son. Santa María, que en Caná velaste por la alegría de unos esposos, vengo a ti para confiarte el amor de los matrimonios. Tú sabes lo que falta en cada hogar antes de que lo digamos; preséntalo a tu Hijo Jesús. Sostén a los que se aman, anima a los que están cansados y devuelve la esperanza a los que atraviesan horas difíciles. Que cada esposo y cada esposa aprendan de ti a amar con fidelidad y paciencia. Luminous Mysteries — for this intention:

1.º misterio — El Bautismo de Jesús en el Jordán

The Father recognizes Jesus as his beloved Son. Every marriage is also born of a love that comes from God. We pray for the newlyweds, that they may build their lives on that firm foundation.

When the wine ran out, Mary interceded, and Jesus renewed the celebration. There, at the heart of the mysteries of light, lies hope for weary or troubled marriages: what has been depleted can be replenished if one trusts in the Lord.

On the mountain, Jesus reveals his glory to sustain his followers in their trial. We entrust to God the married couples who care for their elderly relatives, that in their patient service they too may discover the light of God.

Jesus gives himself completely and remains forever with his own. We pray for the fidelity of spouses, that their love may be a daily commitment and a lifelong promise.

Madre nuestra, te confiamos el fruto de este Rosario rezado por los matrimonios. Guarda el amor de los esposos, dales paciencia en las dificultades y alegría renovada cada día. Acompaña a los que esperan un hijo, a los que cuidan a sus mayores y a los que atraviesan la prueba, para que ninguno pierda la esperanza. Enséñales a amarse como tu Hijo nos amó, hasta el final. Amén.
