His life
Bartolo Longo nació el 10 de febrero de 1841 en Latiano, Italia. Fue abogado y, tras una vida de pecado, se convirtio y dedico su vida a difundir el Rosario.
His work
He arrived in Pompeii in 1872 and began preaching the Rosary. He built the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary of Pompeii, one of the most important in Italy.
His death
Murió el 5 de octubre de 1926 en Pompeya, a los 85 años. Fue beatificado por Juan Pablo II en 1980.
