The Episcopal Conference of Korea identifies Mary Jane, "Mary who helps" or Mary Helper, as patron of Deokcheon. It also confirms the belonging to the diocese of Busan, the founding date and the direction.

From Busan, this relationship opens up prayer to the neighbouring Catholic communities of Asia, especially those who experience difficulties, isolation or lack of freedom.
Help and peace for Korea
