Miwon does not appear as a place of apparitions or as a Marian sanctuary. What is documented is a living parochial dedication, different from other Korean temples that share this advocation.
A parish founded in 1964
Miwon was erected as a parish 28 December 1964. The episcopal record also points to the presence of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of Mirinae.

Our Lady of Victory and the Rosary
