Ntra. Mrs. of the Most Holy Rosary of Calcutta - The Cathedral

The Cathedral of the Most Holy Rosary, known as the "Portuguese Church" or Murgihata Church, was founded in 1799 by the Portuguese community of Calcutta and is today the seat of the Catholic Archdiocese of the city. It is the last architectural vestige of the Portuguese past of Calcutta, with its two towers crowned by crown-shaped domes.
