A pilgrim arrived in Lourdes at night and found the grotto illuminated without anyone.

A Spanish pilgrim arrived in Lourdes in the morning. The basilica was closed and there was no one. He went to the grotto and found it illuminated by a soft light. There were no candles or artificial lights. He kneeled and prayed for an hour. When he got up, the light was gone. The pilgrim said he had felt the presence of the Virgin.
