In the trucks of Mexico, it is common to see an image of San Juan de los Lagos stuck in the cabin. The truckers pray to him before every trip.
Tradition tells that the Virgin of St. John protects truckers from accidents and assaults. Truckers say they sometimes see a light on the road.
Every 2 February, the truck drivers organize a procession with their trucks.
