Kibeho - History of the Apparitions in Rwanda

Between 1981 and 1989, the Virgin Mary appeared several times to students at Kibeho High School, Rwanda. The apparitions were approved in 2001 and are the first approved in sub-Saharan Africa.
The apparitions

The Virgin asked the Rwandans to pray, to convert and to love their brothers. The messages contained warnings about hatred and violence.
Unfortunately, the Virgin's warnings were tragically fulfilled in 1994, when the genocide in Rwanda killed almost a million people.
The approval
