Marian title of Chelva (Comunitat Valenciana)

Patrona de Chelva, venerated in a sanctuary located in the Pico del Remedia, a few kilometers from the city centre. His cult was spread especially thanks to the wood and hooks that passed through the Turia River by driving wood from Cuenca, who adopted it as a protector. The hermitage has undergone several reconstructions; the present date of 1886. In the golden baroque altarpiece the image is preserved in a rotating glazed baking with back shrimp of 1911. Patronal parties include a five-kilometre-long, image-like drop.
