Marian Advocations of Greece
Greece honors the Panagia (the All Holy) in sanctuaries and icons venerated for centuries. The heart is in Tinosthe national sanctuary whose icon was found in 1823 and to which thousands go up on their knees every 15 August; and in the Monte Mateo, with icons like the Axion Estín y la Portaitissa. They're all from the orthodox rite. We pick them up by regions and islands.
